Your initial consultation is a comprehensive 60-minute session with one of our board-certified physicians. We will review your complete health history, discuss your goals in detail, and order a personalized biomarker panel. Based on this assessment, your physician will design a customized Regen360™ protocol and walk you through the recommended treatments, expected timeline, and anticipated outcomes.

We recommend booking at least 5-7 business days in advance for new patient consultations, as our physicians' schedules fill quickly. Regen360™ Core and Elite members receive priority scheduling and can typically secure same-week appointments. Yes. The Beverly Hills location offers valet parking as well as self-parking in the building garage. The Santa Monica location provides complimentary client parking in the building lot. Both locations are also accessible via public transit. Please contact us if you need specific parking instructions or have accessibility requirements.

Yes. We offer telehealth consultations for clients who are unable to visit our Beverly Hills or Santa Monica locations in person. Remote consultations are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM PST. Certain treatments — including IV therapy and in-office aesthetic procedures — require an in-person visit, but many aspects of your Regen360™ protocol can be managed remotely.

We request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies occur — please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment.

Absolutely. We welcome guests at our consultations — many clients find it helpful to have a partner or family member present during their initial physician consultation. Please let us know in advance so we can ensure appropriate seating and privacy. Our treatment rooms are designed for individual sessions, but we can accommodate a companion in the consultation area.
